Stuck, but Not Alone

Ever feel like everything’s moving around you, but you’re standing still? Like everyone else has a plan, a purpose, or at least a clue, and you’re just… stuck.

We don’t talk about it much, but most teens go through this. School pressures, friendships, family expectations, dreams you’re not sure about—sometimes it all piles up, and it feels like you’re trapped in the middle.

Being stuck doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re in the process of figuring things out. Life doesn’t come with a map, and sometimes the confusion, the hesitation, even the mistakes, are what teach us the most.

It’s okay to pause, to feel unsure, to not have it all together. Growth doesn’t happen in straight lines. And while it feels lonely, you’re definitely not alone—so many of us are navigating the same mess, even if we don’t say it out loud.

So if you’re stuck right now, breathe. Take one small step, or just observe the moment. You don’t need everything figured out today. Feeling stuck is just a part of the journey—and trust me, the path forward is waiting.
